Once you have left your goods with them, they treat you like scum. When I finally got access to my unit to remove everything and close it down, a number of my possessions and individual boxes were missing, including brand new items, and other boxes were badly damaged. I had stomach pains up until my move day just imagining the numerous scenarios on how things would go wrong. Their lead mover (wish I could remember his name), obviously sensed my distress and went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Not a scratch or dent on my furniture and more than anything, the sense of relief I felt for hiring an excellent moving company made the money well worth it. Get to completion, obviously have to confirm a move date at which point we stand to lose interest rate on a daily basis if we delay the agreed date. Call Jam Vans to confirm, only to be told our provisionally booked date is now fully booked! This was with 3 days to go. Thankfully found another company. Also not at all impressed with Justin's customer service skills. Avoid & find a more reliable company if you are using a removal service when buying / selling your home.
