Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. They explained my options and also heard what my needs were and allowed me to to make the decision. I ended up paying for the repair which sped the process up. At this Kal…read moreTire, Joe helped me work around my budget, while still making sure the important issues get fixed. I was lucky to have senior mechanic Ryan working on my rust bucket aswell. I got a diagnostic, and the next day was able to get the spark plugs and distributor cap replaced among other fixes. Ryan noticed that there is also a problem with the cylinders, and pulled a few other mechanics to try and resolve it. Ultimately I need another through test.
