He provided me with a conservative list of alcohol and a list of drinks that we could put on display for all the guests. That made it so much easier for me to get supplies and in the end I didn't have 20 extra bottles of liquor laying around. He also created a list of mocktails for the teenagers and for the non-alcoholic guests. Overall, no one complained about his performance and no one complained about the drinks being too weak or too much alcohol. Everybody had a great time, especially with the way he mixed the drinks- the drinks weren't splashed together but mixed/shaken. My guests felt special. I know this review is lengthy, but that should show how much I appreciated his work ethics.

Set up and knives. I was okay with it because their prices are fair. I was okay with all of that and decided to hire them again. I booked them since January 8th. I messaged them on June 10th with my drink selection. I should have asked if they'd received it since I didn't get a text back I simply assumed everything was fine. On my actual event I text them at 6:56pm asking for their ETA. Since 7pm was their start time. No response. I called them and so did my husband. By the way they read our text messages. They replied at 7:26pm. They told us that their bar tender had an "emergency" and couldn't make it and they didn't have any bar tenders available. My party started at 5:30pm and they were supposed to start at 7pm. Imagine how I felt when I received the text. I had no alcohol (because they bring it). This is unprofessional. They apologized and gave me my deposit back. That is not enough. You should contact your bar tenders before every event to make sure they're going to show up. At the end of the day it's business. Very disappointed. Imagine hiring a business that has bar tenders that constantly run late, are not prepared and now the possibility of not showing up? Worse they tell you after their start time. Zero communication, and no follow up after booking. Had to get another vendor last minute to salvage the event. My recommendation - DO NOT USE THEM! Still trying to get my deposit back. **Update** I have records and screenshots of my calls, left numerous voicemails on the phone number they provided which now they are saying they don't receive voicemails on. In which I asked for a return call, eventually then having to ask for a refund. There was never an attempt to respond to my email or phone calls until it was too late and my review was in, then it was "I was going to respond today". Same lie everyone says when they get called out or caught in a lie. Poor communication, no accountability, unorganized and the worst customer service.
