I bought a Whirlpool dryer from Appliance Outlet in October and the dryer did not heat properly after it was delivered. I contacted the owner I purchased it from and she immediately sent a very professional staff repairman named Larry that very same day. Larry also made a second followup trip to my house during the first week after purchase to completely resolve the problem. The dryer works great now! I would personally highly recommend Appliance Outlet based on my recent purchase if you are looking for a good used appliance and want to deal with an honest small business who will work with you closely during the limited warranty in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
