Scott and Alex did a great job on the repair of my Whirlpool double wall oven. Working on it is not an easy task and they handled it with ease. They worked efficiently and were very neat. They even cleaned out a few spaces that I could not see to even know they needed attention. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

I have made two purchases from this Wichita small business and have found them to be honest,…read morereputable and they will stand behind what they sell during the limited warranty period. The warranties are for 30-days but that should be ample time to discover any problems if you use the appliance regularly starting immediately after receiving it. I bought a Whirlpool dryer from Appliance Outlet in October and the dryer did not heat properly after it was delivered. I contacted the owner I purchased it from and she immediately sent a very professional staff repairman named Larry that very same day. Larry also made a second followup trip to my house during the first week after purchase to completely resolve the problem. The dryer works great now! I would personally highly recommend Appliance Outlet based on my recent purchase if you are looking for a good used appliance and want to deal with an honest small business who will work with you closely during the limited warranty in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I would gladly use them again based on the service I received. G Puckett Wichita, KS

Cannot recommend…read more Mr. Mixer has interesting videos, but the Hi-Rizer product, and their customer service are, in my experience, poor. The history: I purchased one Hi-Rizer in the spring and was delighted with how well it solved my Kitchen Aide issue. Unfortunately, after a handful of uses, both parts broke into many pieces. The evening I discovered the issue I got right online and ordered three more Hi Rizers. I was expecting a visitor for the weekend and we had planned to bake together, I went to the store for washers - which turned out to be a successful and far less expensive fix. In the morning I called Mr. Mixer and a gentleman told me that sometimes the Hi Rizers break. When asked if they were warrantied, he said he would charge me for two new Hi Rizers and send three. I inquired as to whether he would be able to overnight them to me for the weekend of baking and was told "We have tried that before and the shipper can't do it." As the company is located in Douglass, Kansas, I looked up whether overnight mail delivery via US Mail is available there and, in fact, it is. Two strikes. The package of three Hi Rizers arrived after my friend's visit. It contained the three units I had ordered and, as I suspected, I was also charged for all three. Third strike.

I had an initial quote from another company and the representative was moody and passive/aggressive and I just couldn't give that company my business. Then I looked at the sticker on my old system and it was originally installed by Roth. I gave them a call and Joseph came out the next day and gave me a quote and gave me an awesome deal on a close out 3 stage furnace (it's summer). When the day came for the install a whole team came to tear out the old system, pour a new concrete pad for the AC outside, and they had to make all kinds of changes to the ventilation and condensation lines to bring it up to current code. It's an old house and I'm sure it wasn't an easy job. But every single person who works for Roth from the ladies in the office to the sales team to the team of installers is wonderful. Not only did they do great work and installed a very quiet and efficient Ruud system, they did it with kindness, professionalism, a great attitudes in stifling heat.
