On the second floor, there is a coffee shop (D'Volada) which sells decent coffee and pastries, as well as sandwiches. There is a restroom upstairs as well, just make sure you bring some pesos in coins, else you can't get past the revolving gate. There is a small playground, if you're travelling here with kids. Despite the area, this place is actually safe. I've never had issues the few times that I've ventures here, and the workers are friendly and helpful. I've bought stuff here, and the quality is comparable to the price. If you're looking for upscale only, then stick to Zona Rio and the Hipodromo. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred.
