I arrived at this location at 2:30 on Wednesday November 12 2025, and was informed it would be a about 2 hours. I agreed to wait. They put a sticky note on my car indicating my tires are off rim. Cars with mounted tires were being prioritized. I watched people come after me and get serviced within 30-60 minutes. I also saw people arrive after me, get greeted by the same person who greeted me, and get marked with the same off rim sticky note, but they got to go ahead of me. When I asked about it, I was lied to and told they were waiting on the other side, yet I watched them arrive and be greeted, and be marked with the same off rim sticky note I was. They lie to your face. They are deceitful and dishonest. When I came to this location to buy my winter tires in January 2025, I was lured in with tires that were a good value. Once I was up on the lift, I was told they were all out of those and only had the more expensive ones. It turned out they had sold all the top of the line ones, and had to admit they only had the tires they lied to me about. 1 Star is too generous a rating for the experiences I've had with this location. It's been 2.5 hours, and I'm finally waiting in a line, but behind people who came after me. I spoke to management about my frustration. They were unsympathetic and didn't care. They lied to me some more, even tried telling me they have people waiting since 8. I'm to believe someone came at 8AM and they're still waiting to go after me? I have gone to a Mr Lube location for a few years now. It is convenient but the upselling is ridiculous. I was told so many lies today about all this extra stuff that I needed. At my last visit, my SUV had an engine light the next day after an oil change. It's a consistent problem with this garage. I honestly believe they are intentionally sabotaging vehicles. Went in for a simple off rim tire change and ended up being charged 3x the normal amount, was told that my engine was making weird noises and was told that I needed to change all 4 callipers and brake pads, as well as an engine flush and oil change when I had just done one a few months earlier. Several other useless services were tacked on to up the price, and ended up having to pay almost 4000$ basically for them to replace parts that were fine and to mess up my engine, because the sound got even worse after they messed with the engine. Even after contacting HR and going in to talk to the mechanics showed how little they care about the customers and that they only care about scamming and stealing your money. Up selling is so annoying and work is sub par. The only positive is service is relatively quick.

Careless and licensed con-artist. My wife has taken my daughters car in twice to this location both times to change oil and tires. Once last week and once in the fall. Both times she walked out pay hundreds of dollars for some flush of some fluid, they charged far too much and took advantage of my wife with things like 'this is the best interest of your daughters safety. Last week they topped the cake after a almost $500 bill to change tires and oil and some other flush(both visits a flush to some fluids were suggested). Anyways the car gets home and we are in the midst of moving homes so as I am organizing the garage I notice a half used bottle of washer fluid. I decide to top up my car, thankfully it did not take it all and there was some left. So I go to fill up my daughter's car that was right beside mine(not her usual spot) and had it been my sons, only God knows what would have happened. Anyways I open up the hood and see this large flat head screw driver just sitting there. I promptly removed it and took it back to the location. I spoke to the manager and he referred us to some Customer Service person who quite frankly does not understand the customer nor service. He offers us a 50% off our next oil change. He then proceeded to tell me how their google reviews for their Mr. Lube stores are rated at 4.5 Stars. When you look at them there is a 1 and then it is always followed by a whole bunch of 5's, no 4's, no 3's not even any 2's only 5's. That is not even remotely possible so clearly the reviews are all being managed by them to insure they maintain a high rating. Beware the Brake Fluid Flush There was no flush. They sucked a bit of fluid out of the master cylinder, then poured a bit of new fluid in. Take your vehicle to a real mechanic who will properly bleed your break fluid read more

They must be good because they always find problems. They told me my car was famous for oil leaks etc and I should come in more often. Once I went somewhere else. They were not as good. They did not find any problems. Next oil change I went back to Mr. Lube because I had no time to go elsewhere. They changed my oil. But this time they missed the cracked oil pan. Canadian tire discovered it. Well, cracked oil pans happen. Even right after visiting Mr. Lube, turning down their upsells. But of course I will return. They always find the problems. read more

We had a flat tire and had to get to the hospital ASAP! We went to 490 Dundas West in Oakville. Although, very busy, the service staff fixed our flat tire in no time. Winter tire costs 30$ elsewhere. These guys charge 60$ including tax and they also ask for the make and model. That was the red flag. There are many other locations elsewhere that can service your car - this place is not worth spending the time and money. read more

If you want weird little kids punching around your car and up selling shamelessly (doing what they're told clearly) then stop in here. Avoid this place, go to your usual spot. Had oil and filter changed today on my Honda Accord. After changing the filter technician did not install the guard plate at the botto of the engine properly. More than 50% of the screws came off when I was driving on the highway. I heard a noise coming from he bottom of my car. I stopped on the side of the highway and found that this plate was dangling and was touching the road on one side and was bent. I contacted the location and spoke to one of the tech. He said manager is not available and will call me back. So for no word. Horrible service, inexperienced and careless technicians. Do not trust them. read more

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT and awful customer service cost me $746 Babar acts nice until he needs to cover his tracks. I brought my brand new f-150 to them for a every oil change. I got my vehicle inspected after 1 year and ford informed the plug was over torqued and it has broken my oil pan. I called Mr Lube immediatley and asked for management. Babbar assured me everything would be fine and we will talk later I called a second time and got the same reaction. I went ahead with repairs and went to Mr Lube with the repair bill. He informed my "warranty" was voided due to them not Inspect damage. Babar put me in touch with the compliance officer who later informed that Babbar never talked to me on the phone. The regional manager inspected parts and tried to convince me my parts are fine. A third party confirmed that was false and the pan had been over torqued and broken.
