As once being heavily involved in real estate selling and building, we know just how important it is to give good service and do what we say we are going to do. This company was represented by a very caring-lets get the job done type person. He did what he said he would do and beyond. What is nice is that same attitude carried over to the people who actually put the roof on. The roof looks great because JM's people cared. The whole process was done within a week of first meeting with the sales manager. The roof itself only took about 14 hours to complete (and we have a complicated roof) and it was done the right way. Our hats go off to the whole crew; from the sales manager to the fellas who made sure all debris was picked up. The neighbors appreciated that too. THANK YOU JM Construction. He did great! He showed up to the storefront on Main St., parked his impressive mobile workshop out in front, took apart the front-door lock and rekeyed it in short order. After two hours he disassembled it, drilled the door hole bigger to accommodate a larger bolt he had with him but then decided he would just order a new lock. So he put the original lock back in which by now was not working at all. The only lock on our front door. Ken said it would take two weeks. Four weeks and several polite calls to him asking about his return I began getting no answers. One time he said they sent the wrong part, the next time he just forgot but would get right on it. That was our last communication. He abandoned the job completely and left us with no working front door lock. I had Freeport glass repair his mess. Poor customer service, no mask, and left a mess of wood shavings on our floor. Would not recommend at all, for anything. Kurt
