I just want to express my sincere gratitude to store manager Craig Kidney for his help and guidance…read morefrom the moment I walked in. I had been to several other businesses first, and left feeling both overwhelmed and discouraged as there seemed to be no one to help me. Wish I'd come to LL Flooring first, since not only did he help and was very informative, but they had exactly what I wanted. Thank you so very much, and I'll be both recommending your business plus being an ongoing customer for future projects due to my experience with you today!

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help and I showed my piece of flooring. The very nice gentleman immediately brought me to a flooring that was a near perfect match. He grabbed me a sample to see if it would click in and helped me figure out how we would use this since it didn't quite go together correctly should I purchase it. I took the sample and ran to another flooring store to just make sure there wasn't a better match and ended up going right back to lumber liquidators for this flooring. He made sure I had the right glue depending on how we were going to try to match the floor and had me rung up in no time. He even carried it out to my truck for me! Super helpful and I definitely recommend!

I kindly Asked To be shown material and if he could supply me a price. Sales person John says they had all prices but what I was requesting. He seemed very unorganized and wasn't sure where things where. I said that's a shame I wanted to make my purchase today. And I would if he was prepared. He then Became rude and said that it's not his fault. And then said to stop "busting his balls" he then became vulgar and told me to F*** off! I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person. I would steer clear of this store and this horrible excuse for a human being.

We got hooked up with World of Floors when going through Costco to get our floors done. We wanted…read moreto get the old and ugly tile and carpet ripped out of about half of our house and replaced with something new and modern. Mike at World of Floors recommended a Shaw laminate product to us after we told him we wanted water resistant floors. We were assured that this Shaw laminate would fit the bill. The tear-out started in November 2013 and our floors were not complete until July 2014. There were may reasons as to why this took so long: - Not enough laminate ordered at first - Shaw laminate turned out to be an absolutely terrible product that chipped easily and swelled at the slightest taste of moisture (we had to take Costco up on their 100% satisfaction guarantee and get the laminate removed and replaced with Shaw Resilient vinyl planks) - Baseboards damaged during tear-out and not re-installed properly In summary dealing with World of Floors was pretty terrible. However, with enough prodding by Costco we were able to finally get a rather nice end result. Our new floors look great and the baseboards destroyed during the tear-out are back to normal.

Communication is very difficult with them. They tell you their work is warrantied and but then find any excuse to not fix their mistakes. After paying a 50% deposit on July 10, I was told I would be scheduled immediately. That didn't happen. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a start date. Communication was poor and unprofessional, with broken promises and missed callbacks. The crew finally arrived on July 29. The tile was installed with an extremely thin grout line--something I was never asked to approve but chose to accept. They said they would return the next day to grout and then come back the following day to move the heavy furniture back, which was the agreement I had in place with their representative. Instead, they grouted the next day and replaced the furniture less than an hour later, ignoring the recommended 24-hour grout curing time. When I called the project manager, his dismissive response was, "What do you want them to do?" The crew came back to remove the furniture, clearly annoyed, and became argumentative and disrespectful in my home. One even said they used a thin grout line specifically so they could move the furniture sooner. Later, I was contacted by someone in management, Jonny Sibrian, whose tone was equally rude and condescending. I explained I was arranging a third-party inspection to ensure the tile wasn't damaged due to rushed furniture placement or the use of vinegar (an acidic cleaner that can harm uncured grout). Instead of understanding, he accused me--twice--of trying to avoid paying my bill and even made a veiled threat. I've always paid for quality work, and I fully intend to pay the balance if the job passes inspection. But the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect I experienced with this company were unacceptable. I would not recommend Perfect Choice Flooring to others based on how I was treated or the quality of their work.
