Wow what can I say this place is a floating island in the sea of liquor stores that don't care…read more I had a special request placed with Mario the owner I thought he was going to say sorry you are on your own can't get it or can't find it. Completely opposite he had 3 bottles for Me the next couple days after. This killer Tequila I got use to drinking better than any other I have had. When I asked him about getting the variety of aging they offer he did it again like no one else has ever done it. I've since picked up all my bottles and just ordered the Whiskey infused by "Metal" can't wait to get his email letting me know he has it and its waiting for pick up. I went to the Barley Bin earlier, hoping to find Radlers. Sadly, they don't carry them. We were…read moregoing to go to another corner liquor store, but knew they might also not have a big variety. Anyway, we made it here, but couldn't find the passionfruit juice we got last time. No biggie though. They have Paulaner grapefruit Radlers for $9.99, and the Stiegl ones I believe are $14.99. I can't remember if they had Bitburger or not. But, my boyfriend noticed their price for the IPA was off. I didn't say anything because it was only $1, but they should update it.

On the date of my visit, I observed what appears to be a privately installed "Reserved Parking for…read moreBack Alley Liquor" sign attached beneath an official accessible parking sign. I am requesting that the City determine whether this sign has been legally authorized, as it appears to imply that the accessible parking space is reserved exclusively for the liquor store. More concerning was my interaction with an employee of the business. Although I possess a valid disabled parking placard, I was confronted and intimidated about parking in the accessible space because I was not entering the liquor store. The employee attempted to prevent me from using the space and made me feel unwelcome despite my legal right to park there. As a person with a disability, I found this treatment offensive, discriminatory, and intimidating. Rather than risk further confrontation, I moved my vehicle and parked much farther away, causing unnecessary hardship.

This place is messed up. What are they thinking? They should know better…read more Neighborhood liquor stores are supposed to have ATROCIOUS customer service. That is the rule! Did they not get the memo? I'm worried about them. Let me tell you how horrible they were... I called in and asked about whether they had some specific brands in stock. I was greeted by a cheerful fellow (of whom I can't remember his name) who carefully described all of the options that fit my criteria. He then offered for me to ask any more questions upon arrival. Horrible. When I arrived, I was that annoying guy that was doing a price check on just about everything that didn't yet have a label, and he was kind in answering each one. Horrible. He later came over to help me select. The issue? I'm working on getting an amazing gift for a $5 white elephant gift exchange and most of what I want to buy is well over $5. He then proceeded to pick out his favorite $5 wines and beers. Horrible. I don't know what they are thinking over there at Frank's... What will happen if a liquor store has amazing customer service? We don't know yet... because it simply is a first in the Universe. I hope they either get their act together and get mean and indifferent, or maybe... just maybe... they will be rewarded for their kindness. Who knows? :)

Seriously this liquor store has everything you need for a homemade cocktail like watermelon pucker or banana liqueur! Many kinds of Bacardi flavored rums. The customer service is ok because at other liquor stores the employees stare at you from 3 feet but at this liquor store the employees only look at the reflection of the mirrors to see what you're doing.
