I was looking for a place that had the perfect setting and ambiance. One that is lively and active but simultaneously a great spot to just take a breath and enjoy my own company. Some people do it by the book but I prefer to go by feel. I was looking for my needle in the haystack, and I found it here. Antica Sosta degli Aldobrandini (ahahah what a name) was the perfect goldilocks scenario. Also there was a really cute Eastern European girl that made the decision easy. I didn't talk to her or have any intention to because I'm really shy but sometimes I just like to be inspired. After housing 4 delicious aperol spritz in a 45 min span, I set off for my dinner. Wish we had more time to do their wine tasting. The man helping us with the wine was friendly and very nice. He was patient with us and helped us pick the wine to try. The two ladies at the entrance to the store weren't as friendly.

My cousin took me to this local pizza restaurant and ordered us 2 D.O.C. Pizzas with buffalo mozzarella. The pizza here came out paper thin and had the most amazing combination of fresh buffalo mozzarella and sweet/tangy sauce. I added some crushed red pepper and fully enjoyed this true Tuscan wonder.
