I expected Ravenna to be more bustling on a Saturday evening, but at the same time, I acknowledge it was a cold and rainy evening at the end of February in a seaside town!
My friend and I ventured back to the city center after an afternoon of checking out some of the city sights and a quick trip to the beach (yes, even in the cold weather!). For dinner, we decided to check out Mr. Dante since they had ample options, were open, and it was not crowded at all! In fact, we were the only ones in the restaurant around 8pm for dinner!
I ordered a simple pizza since I was hungry enough for it! Quattro Stagioni, but without the ham. This left me with an ample amount of artichoke, olives, and mushrooms. I wish I could have added onions and pineapple to the mix, but I digress...
The crust was on the thin side, and since I was quite hungry, I had no issues eating it all up!
The inside of the restaurant is especially spacious, and could be a romantic place to go for dinner in Ravenna? Maybe? Haha! read more
