However, circumstances kind of forced me to go get some chicken, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Unlike the one where I live, this location has corn on the cob, so that was a plus. (I didn't see what Americans call biscuits on the menu, and while my sweetie loves her biscuits, at least I could get her the corn.) More importantly, the chicken was actually good. I think it says something that there was a queue at the counter when there are four other chicken places within a block.

The smell reminded me of soap powder so not keen on that. The chicken was OK but again seemed to taste different although I did have "original". I think the assistant must have "been on another planet" when she took our order. The order was for one double sausage McMuffin deal, one single bacon McMuffin deal and two black decaffeinated coffees. What we actually ended up with was two single sausage McMuffin deals and two ordinary black coffees. We did not say anything at the time as we were in a hurry. I know the coffees were not decaffeinated as I was violently ill soon after. I will be very wary before eating in there again!
