I worked with Peter in the service department for the Recall service my car needed, and the few other mechanical warranty concerns. He never batted an eye at my somewhat "perfectionist" requests. They stored my car inside at night as I requested, and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with how my baby was being treated. He even put me in a BRAND NEW (3 Miles!!) GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4 Wheel Drive as a loaner. Secondly... My car was left in the care of Justin at the body shop. Again... He kept me informed, and took excellent care of my baby the entire time it was there. The work performed was excellent quality, and again... They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. Finally... I had considered trading the car in after spending some time in their loaner truck... I worked with Daniel in sales. He was never pushy, worked an amazing deal, and always worked to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. Even though we didn't end up closing a deal in the end... It looked like someone's personal vehicle and still had food in the backseat. I was put into this POS van because the first car they tried to put me into had such terrible alignment that I nearly got into an accident within 10 minutes of leaving the lot.
