Their dedication and expertise make them the go-to team for any service needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Long Version: I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in October 2023, I received my custom-built 2023 Manual Transmission Jailbreak Widebody Hellcat--the car of my dreams, especially after my 2017 Hellcat was stolen earlier that year. In April 2024, when Las Vegas hit its first 100° day, I noticed the AC blew ice-cold air while driving but hot air when stopped, but only in outside temperatures above 89°. The Las Vegas dealership where I purchased it kept the car intermittently from April to August 2024, replacing countless hardware components without resolving the issue. Frustrated, I learned about Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge through an online forum, where Riley and Chris were praised for fixing this exact problem. Unlike local dealerships, they collaborated with Dodge Engineering early on, identifying the issue as a software glitch. By December 2024, Dodge issued Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 18-087-24), and Riley and Chris successfully applied the update to their customers Hellcat, resolving the issue. Desperate for a solution, I contacted Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge and asked if I should drive 1,400 miles from Las Vegas for them to apply the software update. Riley went above and beyond, assuring me he'd explore options to avoid such a trip. Despite having no stake in helping someone from another state, Riley coordinated with Dodge Engineers to escalate my case to a local Las Vegas dealership. Within a couple of weeks, Riley called to confirm the escalation, and that same day, a local service manager contacted me. The next morning, I brought my car in at 7 a.m., and by 7:45 a.m., a 14-month ordeal was over--a software update fixed the AC and other potential issues tied to the PCM programming. Without Riley and Chris's initiative, I'd still be battling unreliable local dealerships. Their willingness to help a Hellcat owner 1,400 miles away speaks volumes about their dedication. If they can go to such lengths for me, I'm confident they'll exceed expectations for local customers. For top-notch service, trust Riley and Chris at Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge!
