The only thing I saw that was different where they had new carts, sadly during the rain today those carts did not have any covers attached for your clubs, came home and now I'm drying my clubs out in the garage because the bag was soaking. No plans are going back in the near future way overpriced for a forest preserve course. Very disappointed.

Great spot to take brand new players and kids. No time pressure, no dress code. No one will bristle at golf etiquette mistakes. But you'll probably only be hitting irons. Driving range attached. It's about as low stakes as you can get for 9 holes. Greens aren't great but a pretty decent place to learn to putt. Slow, nothing tricky, breaks the way you think it will. Bunkers are patches of sand with some tall grass weeds, but the greens are pretty big and you're usually hitting a 7 iron so it's fine. All I all I like it but it's not a place I'd score, which again makes it great for learners.

Having explored other fish fries in the area, 37 Grill was just as good as any of the others. After I finished my first two filets, I decided that one more would be all I could handle. Apparently, getting just one was not an option. I had to take two more. Not exactly sure why. After finishing my one extra I rationalized that the leftover piece would just trashed, so I went ahead and finished it off making me more stuffed than I intended. I should mention the service. I spoke with a couple of staff members here, who were very helpful and accommodating. It's unfortunate that it was drizzling the day we played, but we had lots of fun. We all got golf carts, but the 9 holes that we played were very walkable. It was like an executive quick course that was worked very well for our 6 to 7 teams that we had. They kept the kitchen open for us to order food after we played. The drinks at the bar were nice and strong, loved the kahlua and coffee! They had a good beer special, and the food was pretty good. The prices were very competitive to other courses. They even gave away a hat and another 9 holes of golf for a foursome!
