Vince was very thorough when explaining how they would execute the job. His guys are very detailed oriented and made sure the place was clean after the job was complete. We contacted several other contractors, but Vince was definitely the fastest when it came to responding. Never once did we have a hard time trying to get a hold of him, which is a huge plus! Their price is also very fair. His guys came to look at the job and 3 days later, the job was complete. We will definitely contact Vince again for our future projects! Thanks again Vince!

I sent her photos and asked if they would come out to give me a bid. Email for request was sent 10/11. It is now the end of October and no reply or any communication from them at all. Jacquelyn seems to handle the appointments so my issue seems to be with her lack of response.

The past owners set a culture that focused on customer service, treating the customer well, and communicating with them if there were was an issue. The shop was "always clean and organized" because an owner was in charge. Now the place is messy with empty or unorganized product bins. Talking to staff they look at you as if you are stupid. None of the culture that made WRP great exists any longer. It is sad as this place has huge potential. It needs a manager that has the skillset to manage people and grow the business- not be their friend.

I have a 40 year old house and my bathroom looked it. When the work was completed I had my dream bathroom. The work was completed when promised. I know that is unusual in construction. I was so grateful as Guy worked overtime to make it happen . He met me to help pick out tile at Floor and Decor. He prevented a mold crisis by discovering it under the bathroom tile when the toilet was being replaced. I will always remember his honestly, punctuality, and thoughtfulness. I'll use him again.
