Blake and Jim started the ball rolling taking down the previous structure and building the new sunroom. They were consistently here, explaining next steps, and answering my questions. A wonderful team! Next, Ill highlight Troy and Pat. Troy was thorough in building the stairs, adding the lattice, working on areas of my house that were unexpectedly impacted by the sunroom. We problem solved in the moment with several items. Pat was the interior painter and pine wood ceiling stained. Clearly he holds himself to high expectations and I really appreciated that about him. Chuck and Andrew were involved at different points along the project including some of the finishing work. The two of them could not have been more respectful (checking in with me frequently), professional, and talented in their work. I hope Im not missing anyone! But this crew who showed up each day at my house, deserves a round of applause! Thank you for everything! The 5 star review is for this crew!

It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor. There are warranties, but they are only for a year and they don't seem to cover much. I would suggest being be very cautious with this company. James Black, Middleton, WI

A few years and one forgotten candle later and I did. Everyone on their team that I've encountered has been courteous and very professional, including Joelle, Justin, Dan, Tammy, Maria & Marcella. The extent to which they are cleaning and repairing our home is beyond what we realized was needed or expected, but is greatly appreciated. It's a shame it takes a disaster (even a small one) in order to get the opportunity to business with such a great company.

We…read morethought it was probably a good idea to have both taken care for our health safety and the safety of our house. Having used Dirty Ducts in the past, it was an easy decision to call them to clean the ducts and vents in my current house. They were amazing to work with. Jeremiah Yungen arrived right on time and was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and courteous. And with the current pandemic situation, he took all necessary safety precautions. He walked me through the house and explained what the duct cleaning process would entail. He answered any questions I had and addressed any of my concerns. Once the ducts were cleaned, he showed me before and after pictures. What a difference! He then moved on to the dryer vent. All I can say is Oh. My. God! I can't believe how much lint came out of the vent. He was covered in lint when he was all done. He just laughed and said he has seen worse. I feel safer (and healthier) now that the house ducts and dryer vent have been properly cleaned. I would 100% recommend calling Dirty Ducts to have your house ducts and dryer vents cleaned. You won't be disappointed.
