They never disclosed this verbally prior to service and they do not have it disclosed on their paperwork either. I called to inquire as to why they charge 10% to "cover credit card fees" when everyone knows Visa only charges 1.5 % to 3% max. I also told them that as a merchant that was considered deceptive business practices by Visa and that they are supposed to disclose that in writing and verbally upfront. Cody proceeded to scream f**k you at me and called me names etc. He was extremely rude and yelling at me as loud as he could even though I remained calm. He also made thinly veiled physical threats about "settling this in person" etc. His business ethics are clearly suspect across the board because if he is doing this shady thing to customers what else is he cheating on when you are not looking? It's clearly a way to rip people off by claiming they need 10% to cover a 1-3 % fee. I was never given a choice since they had already performed the service. I want to point out that this WAS NOT the driver who was a great guy but the owner of the business. They will not get my business ever again. Extremely dishonest and shady.

The communication with the person answering the phone was challenging. The tech who did the tow had excellent customer service skills. I followed up and asked him for a receipt which he wrote up and texted me a photo. Apparently, the receipt from the tech isn't sufficient for my insurance company. I called the office to request a receipt. The gentleman informed me that the tech had been fired. It is unprofessional to discuss office politics with customers. I requested an invoice. The gentleman read the notes from my call, the correspondence between myself and the office then the office and the tech. Loves definitely did the tow and I definitely paid them. Then, the gentleman told me that I was scammed and he could not provide an invoice. What? I would like to be reimbursed the $900 from my ins company and he replies I was scammed and he cannot provide an invoice. Call someone else!
