they told me they would do a free diagnosis because the part that needed fixing was under warranty…read more I double checked multiple times to make sure it would be completely free and they said it would each time. Then they gave me my keys back and said it would be $80. Also they didn't even find or fix the problem. They didn't seem to really give a crap that I was there and they seemed quite annoyed that I was asking them to do their jobs. Also the part that was under warranty fell apart and they still won't fix it. Definitely steer clear! "Let's think about this for a sec, Ted, why do they put a guarantee on a box? Hmm, very interesting. Here's how I see it. A guy puts a guarantee on the box 'cause he wants you to fell all warm and toasty inside. 'Course it does. Ya think if you leave that box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter The point is, how do you know the Guarantee Fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy, but we're not buying it. Next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser and your daughter's knocked up, I seen it a hundred times. Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of s**t. That's all it is."

TREMONTON STORE This is the newest location, and the people…read morehere are wonderful. I live in Syracuse and bought a rider mower from Stotz down the road. A tire went flat, and I visited five tire places in my area for a fix. Seems like no one had the tire on hand or had never dealt with a lawn tractor tire. One place tried a patch...and... So, I called Stotz and was told RKT is the company they use. They fixed it in under 10 minutes! And my grandkids and I got hats! :) Great service. Quick. Professional. Super nice. I have been coming to this Les Schwab for about 9 years, but won't be anymore…read more I had them replace the shocks on my car in the fall, and they were awful, arguably my car was better with the old shocks. The new shocks are rough and noisy. I brought it back in and was told that everything looked good and that after a test drive it was fine. I drove all winter, the noisy aspect got worse, and the ride didn't get better. I took it in again, and got the same answer that nothing was wrong. I looked at the invoice, and looked up the shocks. The shocks they put on are the cheapest shocks you can buy at AutoZone, but at a significant upcharge, I'd rather them tell me, I got cheap shocks, and I got what I paid for, instead of trying to gaslight me into the fact that there is no noise/the ride is smooth. Won't be going back to Les Schwab.
