I could complete the paperwork at my pace, and submit and prepay, so that at the time of death, no additional stressors. If a question came up, I also had good communication with the staff. I was then notified when cremains and death certificates could be picked up, which was very efficient. And I like the option of having an Obituary online thru the website. That was very helpful.

It wasn't in our case! We spoke to Vanessa on a Sat. and left with an understanding that we would be able to have our grandmothers service the following week. When the family went back to complete the arrangements, they were told that due to a higher paying client, they had no availability until the following week. Which was not our understanding. As if that was not enough, the day the information was given and our decision to go to another funeral home was made. Funeraria Latina informed us that our loved one had been picked up from the hospital and they would have the courtesy to hold the remains until we found a funeral home that was available. To our dismay, we find out that our loved one was never picked up and remained at the hospital. This funeral home has made our loss feel even more tragic. It felt as if they felt no sympathy towards our loss or respect to our loved one. I wouldn't recommend Funeraria Latina.

Everything was professional, compassionate, organized, No mistakes, no rushing, no problems. I cant think of anything that was missing. Funerals, memorials, are NEVER easy, and CERTAINLY cant be perfect to everyone, for everyone, no matter how much experience the place may have.. To the people that left the negative reviews, the words are not practical nor logical. "Pay the extra bucks?" That implies something, which implies a lack of appreciation. I gave 5 stars, it says "as good as it gets". If we had a million dollars, could it have been better? I really don't think so. Maybe possibly, I am not a funeral expert, and I am really NOT looking forward to my next funeral to find out. "Noises and walking above?" Yes, I am quite sure they were intentionally doing it, JUST to be disrespectful. Its a building in the middle of Longmont, know what that means? its OLD. Thin walls, creaky floors. Who cares????? All I heard was kind words, memories, and crying for two hours. When you are grieving, NOTHING feels good, and EVERYTHING feels intentional. It is a funeral, a loved one died.
