Save your self the headache and annoyance and go somewhere where they have actual professionals. If the administration is this poor I can only imagine how bad the dr is. I repeat do not go to this fraudulent Dentist!…read more So much to say and such little time. in a nutshell I needed work done and was seeing a Doctor that was very nice and patient with me since I'm not a fan of having machines drilling in my mouth. All of the sudden he quit and in the middle of my work I got Doctor GULLERMO CASTILLO; first time he introduces himself he was just extremely rude told me the other Dr left and that he does things his way (whatever that meant). He then kept making me go back repeatedly to do the minimal work in my mouth like several different visits for a crown fitting and taking repeated crown impressions on the same tooth. After the other doctor left I went to see Doctor Castillo about 3 times for a crown fitting for one tooth and I still needed a crown on another tooth and still until today NO CROWN! When I would ask him questions he would get defensive, rude, and on my last visit I had enough after I asked him so what are we doing today? and he said he doesn't wanna hear it from me! lol.. he also got defensive and said my insurance doesn't pay him per visit! this is a lie since I see this doctor has been under insurance fraud investigation...STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. This doctor lacks patience, professionalism, and work ethic he wasted a lot of my time and now I have start over elsewhere... he also stated he will respond to my review because he did not care about what I had to say. simply because I asked him questions about what exactly he was working on in my mouth. im disgusted! ESPANOL: NO SE TRATEN CON ESTE DOCTOR, NO TIENE PACIENZA CON SUS CLIENTES. ES MAL EDUCADO, Y TE VA HA GASTAR TU TIEMPO HACIENDO LO MINIMO EN TU BOCA PORQUE PARECE QUE QUIERE SEGUIR HACIENDO QUE EL SEGURO LE PAGUE CON TODAS TUS VISITAS. NO TE VA RESPONDER TUS PREGUNTAS. Y LOS DOCTORES BUENOS QUE LE HAN TRABAJADO A EL SE LE HAN IDO POR SU ACTITUD.... NO GASTEN SU TIEMPO!

My experience with Dr. Deborah Ohevshalom was deeply disappointing and has left me heartbroken. I…read morecame in for a routine filling for a very small cavity. Before the procedure, I had absolutely no pain or sensitivity. I took pride in having healthy teeth. Dr. Ohevshalom told me that cavities are painless, and that if someone experiences pain, it usually means a root canal is needed. She assured me that she was "saving" my tooth from future decay, and I trusted her. During the procedure, although I was numbed, I felt uncomfortable pressure as she filed down my molar. Immediately after, I began to experience severe pain. The pain was so sharp that it was enough to cause pounding in my temple and difficulty drinking or eating. I returned for a follow-up, and she claimed the pain was due to my nerve being "too big," implying that my "anatomy" was at fault. However, the majority of my molar is now gone. It feels hollow, like a bowl. This is not what I expected from a small filling. I believe far too much of the tooth was removed unnecessarily, causing extreme pain and permanent damage. Despite antibiotics and pain relief, the symptoms never improved. I was later seen by another dentist in the same office, who reviewed the X-ray and confirmed that the cavity was very small and that this level of pain SHOULD NOT occur after a routine filling. Now, I must undergo a root canal treatment that should never have been needed if the procedure was done correctly. Dr. Deborah Ohevshalom acted carelessly and failed to take responsibility for the outcome. I would not recommend her to anyone.

The dentist or hygienist are great. Getting someone on the phone is the problem…read more There phone system is terrible terrible terrible! The phone lines are always busy in the morning (automated system " Sorry the number you have called is busy, please try again later") so you can get through to anyone. If you are able to get to the actual Smile Central there options are a bit weird but once again no one answers the phone on the first, second or third phone line anyways. So if you finally have the option to leave a voice message they won't check them let alone call you back. If you don't have the patience to constantly call them or the time to only go in to the actual Smile Central to speak to someone don't bother. Trust me the place is not worth the headache.

Dr. Lagomarsino "Dr. L," as we affectionately call her is truly an outstanding dentist, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough wonderful things about her and the care she provides at Wallington Dental. I've been a patient of Dr. L's for more than 20 years, long enough that she no longer feels like just my dentist; she feels like family. My mother and other members of my family are patients as well, and we have all had consistently wonderful experiences. Dr. L is exceptionally skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her patients. What I appreciate most is that she never makes you feel as though she is trying to sell you something or do more work than is necessary. Her focus is always on providing the best care for you and helping you make informed decisions about your dental health. Whether I've needed routine care, restorative work, or advice about something cosmetic like Invisalign or braces, she has always taken the time to explain my options and offer honest, practical guidance about what actually makes sense. And yes, I still have all of my teeth! I've had some work done over the years, although I will fully admit that some of it could probably have been avoided if I had listened to her and flossed as much as I should have. She has certainly done her part, I just didn't always do mine! The entire office reflects the same level of care and professionalism. Margaret at the reception desk is incredibly thorough, organized, and attentive. She is always on top of appointments and makes sure you receive those helpful reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. The whole practice is truly a well-oiled machine. But beyond the excellent dentistry, there is something else I really value about going to Wallington Dental: the feeling you get when you walk through the door. In a world that can sometimes feel increasingly chaotic, there is something wonderfully normal, welcoming, and reassuring about being there. Dr. L is friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. We often talk about healthy living and wellness, which makes every visit feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about you. After more than two decades, I realized that I had never actually taken the time to write a review and I wanted to change that. We don't always take the time to acknowledge the people who have consistently taken care of us over the years, and Dr. L deserves to be acknowledged. I am incredibly grateful that she is my dentist and for the excellent care she has given me and my family for so many years. She is a wonderful doctor, a thoughtful professional, and a genuinely good person. My teeth thank her for it and so do I.
