He called her immediately but advised me to not get too close to her in spite of the fact that I had already had covid 6 months prior. So I called her family to make sure they knew and they were very concerned. I talked with her over the phone several times to give her encouragement until she went to the hospital. I loved that her thinking was strongly focused in functional medicine. I recommended many friends to her practice. However, over time, I began observing many issues here. If you were ill, she was never available; & always booked at least a month out. It was at these times that I would sometimes be worked in with another NP there. Over time, I noticed that not only would lab work that was ordered never be followed up on, NOR results of annual Wellness Exams, but when I would have no choice but to see another NP, (one of them who may no longer be there?)...would call to my attention that she noticed lab results in my file that were VERY concerning, & was wondering why these had never been followed up on?! No one had told me they were needing to be addressed. Frankly, it was one thing after another...until it became, in my mind, a pattern of NEGLIGENCE. There are many more negatives than this, but just the overt negligence is enough on its own for me to want to WARN people about this practice. Stay away!

Melissa Richey is the most unprofessional and negligent doctor that I have had in the last 20…read moreyears. My birth control that she prescribed to me was not working adequately for me several years ago, so she said she'd switch me to a newer, better formula. I have been taking this new birth control for the last 4 years, and yesterday when I went to pick up my prescription, I realized when I got home that it was the older birth control that I used to be prescribed. When I called the pharmacy to see what happened, they told me it was the same birth control that I always get, just in different packaging! So Melissa gave me a prescription for the same medication, for an increased price, under the guise that it is completely different than what I was originally given. Richey should have her medical degree and license taken away from such raw negligence. Will not be going back.

He is good at listening and taking my suggestions (I am a disabled RN) about testing, treatment, or ordering something one of my other doctors needs, as long as it makes sense. ALWAYS double check or verify anything his office staff does, however, as they always seem to make mistakes. But so do many other assistants at other medical offices. But Dr. Little is great.
