I must say, the owner Kurt and his employees are far beyond a 5 Star rating. Kurt let me know the full timeline of the job as well as an overview each day of what would be completed. Everyone I talked with throughout the process were professional, experienced, prompt and courteous. On the day that I could not be home, Kurt sent me pictures of the progress of their work which was very comforting to me. When the job was completed, a final walk through was performed as well as a personal phone call from Kurt who asked if I was satisfied with their work. I can honestly say that I was blown away by how Klausmair Construction operates. This is a premier company that provides over the top quality work and service. I wish to say thank you to Kurt and all who participated on this job. Klausmair Construction is #1 in their field.

The roof on the entire condo complex was replaced in August of 2018. The workmen ship was extremely…read moresloppy! The roofers left nails/screws everywhere. Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!! This company were so unprofessional and degrading I don't know if I would have them put a roof on a dog house let a lone my home!! Thank you!

If you are looking for a reliable cleaning company, you finally found it!!…read more During my husband's deployment with the military I had to try to find a cleaning service. I tried a number of duds and had a lot of no call no shows. And, then on a family visit I discovered that my grandmother's small apartment was being cleaned by Amy at Maid to Perfection. I immediately asked for the contact info, because Gram's home was spotless and looked amazing. I did meet with Amy, who did a walk through and gave me a reasonable estimate for biweekly cleaning. Amy's availability didn't meet with my schedule so they set me up with Mim, who is soft spoken, highly professional and thorough. I guess my experiences with prior cleaning companies can be summed up by my husband's comment when Mim started dusting the ceiling for cobwebs. "Wow! No one has done that before!" So far I've only had one occasion where they needed to substitute another cleaning person for my schedule, and that person was just as fantastic, even having never been in my home before. My house smells clean and looks great when they are done. In addition to doing quality work, I've found the staff of Maid to Perfection to be trustworthy and careful with my eclectic jumble of belongings. Janelle with the office has been very helpful with scheduling and billing as well. All around a great find for my family.

They…read moresay they will be there around 9 on Wednesday morning, still no one at 10 or 10:30 and no courtesy call. Sorry, can't work like that. I've got a sick person at home and I prepare to move him for 9-9:15 so the cleaners can clean his room. I don't need someone to arrive on the dot and can be flexible, but more than an hour is not what I expect from a professional service when my loved one is out of his bed waiting in painful discomfort. Since I am busy caring for my loved one, I need to be able to rely on a paid service provider to clean my house. Unfortunately, I can't even count on them to clean properly. When I was moving frames off of a table to accommodate a new hospital bed in the bedroom, I found layers of dust - not one week's worth rather WEEKS' worth. Furthermore, there were bunches of cobwebs underneath on the legs. It is clear that these cleaners had not bothered lifting up and moving objects to even dust thoroughly the way you expect professional cleaners to do. They also chewed up and ruined a cable by running the vacuum cleaner over it. Each time I tried to speak to the office about these issues, I was treated with the attitude that I was being overly demanding or that these things were beyond their control. Maid to Perfection is indeed made for a perfectly aggravating and dissatisfying experience. Wish this wasn't the case.
