Then since they don't call back and she didn't want surprises on price and since they don't have the common courtesy to call, I told her not to go. He was excellent and I love the color and low lights he created. He also cut my hair and took time to make me a returning client. I took my boyfriend here to get a much needed trim and we were both very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. Firstly, the front desk attendant, Mike, was super sweet and attentive. He was able to get us in same day and kept us well informed regarding out appointment time. He even sat down and had pleasant conversation while the stylist finished up my boyfriend cut. He was so friendly that we didn't mind at all! The stylist, Jenny, was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to give us exactly what we were looking for even though we weren't even sure what that was at first. I made an appointment for blonde highlights and a simple trim. Alina is extremely kind and likable, however she is not skilled enough to color and cut hair without direct supervision. I spent 8 (eight) hours in a chair for a procedure that normally takes 2 (two) hours. My nice blouse was bleached and ruined. My hair was over-processed and damaged, then a dark toner was thrown on top. Then my hair was hacked unevenly and randomly thinned. I had to go to a different salon to get a color correction and cut. I was on the hunt for a new stylist especially one that was a color expert. I decided to give the multitalented JACOB as my new stylist a try. My gosh he did not disappoint. He was so professional and so accommodating and his skills at color and cut far exceeded my expectations. Not a lot of stylists know how to cut or color curly hair but he sure did. I sent him a few pictures of what I was looking for and asked him if the color was realistic for me he said no problem. I truly cannot stay enough wonderful things about Sarah! I found her via Yelp when I moved to Arizona in 2019, and I've been with her ever since. Sarah is so personable and inviting, you actually feel like you've been lifelong friends when you're in her chair. When I first came to her my hair was a complete train wreck! She was upfront and honest with me about my hair goals, she made it known it wouldn't be a one stop fix and maintenance would be of the utmost importance.
