I can't recommend Mow Pros enough! We've used them for a full landscape remodel as well as ongoing monthly lawn and landscape maintenance, and couldn't be happier. Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, organization, and overall value for the quality of work really set them apart. Our landscaping remodell was a multi-day project, and I was especially impressed by how clean and organized they left the job site after every single day. I've dealt with countless contractors who leave a mess behind, but Mow Pros kept everything clean and organized throughout the entire project. The finished landscaping looks incredible, their pricing is a great value for the level of quality and service they provide, and their ongoing monthly landscape care has been just as consistent. If you're looking for landscaping, lawn care, landscape maintenance, or a complete landscape remodel, I highly recommend Mow Pros. Great people, great work, great value, and they've earned a customer for life! read more

Always professional, always on time, and does one heck of a job on my landscaping. 10/10 recommend.

We complained about them mowing too high and sent pictures of results. They sent back entirely unrelated pictures of an edged alley. They refused to acknowledge the problem or remedy it. Problems started when we went to biweekly instead of weekly service, so it looks to us like they're trying to bully us back to weekly svc. Customer service is the last thing on their minds. read more

Took them 2 weeks to send me an overpriced quote. Then got angry when I sent them an email telling them exactly that. No one ever bothered to speak to me, I thought they had blown me off and it would have been better if they had. Don't do business with these people. read more

Response time was better than others I called. Was able to get an appointment for mowing yard along with quote. However, when it came time, I was not notified that he had come but couldn't find a place to park. I'm giving my rating based of not completing the job and not trying. working with Tom's Lawn Service and they park close to street and haven't had any problems. read more

We have had 3 mulch jobs over the last 3 years we have been in our home. Each company did a good job but the results didn't last. When Aaron came out to provide a quote, he listened to me explain what I didn't like about the black mulch that kept fading in the beds and what I thought I wanted to do. Then he described what I expect he would do if it were his own home, something that in my opinion true professionals will do, as they are the expert. He gave great suggestions, several I would have never thought of on my own. Aaron is personable, creative, and professional. The gentlemen who came out and did the labor were also very professional and everything was cleaned up very well after the job was completed. I highly recommend Mow Pros for quality work. We are looking forward to them planting our flowering plants and a few new bushes after the cold snap passes! (Another thing I appreciate is that he knew the cold temps were coming and suggested we needed to wait). read more

I normally don't write bad reviews however I have to make an exception in this case. Recently I viewed a post on Facebook regarding a recent installation that Mow Pros completed for a customer. One of the central themes of the design included river rock, used in borders among other things. Having had river rock in many areas of my own yard and knowing that after a few years, weeds begin to take root in the river rock areas and tend to cause extra work to ensure it looks nice, I commented on the Facebook page that I did not like river rock personally. I meant no disrespect to Mow Pros because their work has always looked professionally done. I was simply stating my preferences. Immediately the owner replied that "if I can't say something nice I should keep quiet". He obviously mistook my comment as demeaning and became very defensive. So once I replied that I thought his comment was uncalled for and a little "snarky", he blocked me. I was going to call Mow Pros and get a quote for about 10k in landscaping but since the owner is not very "customer service" oriented I have decided to spend my money with someone else. This was a simple misunderstanding with no harm intended however when this business felt the need to put me (a prospective customer) in my place I realized that this isn't the business I wish to spend money with. Mow Pros will never get any business from me and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to be careful to walk on eggshells when commenting on any posts they place on their public Facebook site or else the owner will get nasty and block them. I didn't say anything wrong or bad. read more

Matt and his team are very professional and do excellent work. I needed my yard cleaned up as all of my strong teenage sons have moved away from home. They gave me an estimate in a timely manner and turned my large yard from a jungle to a well manicured yard. Thanks so much Mow Pro's!!! read more

These guys definitely live up to the "Pro" in their title! They are prompt with their service and always professional and friendly. Matt always takes time to go over every detail and option before doing anything. And he answers any and all questions and concerns without making you feel like you are a burden. This past Mother's Day Matt sent his crew out to completely makeover our landscaping as a surprise for my wife. They came out right after she left for the day and finished before she returned home for an epic ending! Mow Pros for the win! I will never choose another lawn company!! read more

Honest and trustworthy! Mow Pro to the rescue. There was a 40 foot tree about to fall on my house. Too much rain so no equipment could access my yard. Mow Pro was able to rope and harness and cut the tree down safely without incident. Thanks!! read more
