From the very beginning, Tisha created a space that felt safe, supportive, and productive. She was warm, understanding, and open about the process, which immediately put us both at ease. What stood out most was her ability to relate to our situation by sharing some of her own experiences, which made the challenges we faced feel understood and validated. At the same time, when it was necessary, Tisha knew how to be firm in a respectful way. She wasn't afraid to call out when either of us was holding on to things that didn't truly matter, which helped keep the conversation focused and productive. Throughout the process, she was fair, balanced, and clearly advocating for both sides with my son's best interests always at the center. By the end of our session, we had come to an agreement that worked for both of us, and for the first time in a long time, I felt a sense of relief and hope. Even after the session, when things didn't go exactly as planned, Tisha continued to show her dedication and care. When my son's mother changed her mind about following through, I called Tisha. She took the time to console me, talk through what had happened, and provide thoughtful next steps. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern showed me she truly cares about the families she works with.

She also uses (with your permission) cups, a massage gun, and gua sha stones, all of which I love. I've been going to her consistently for the last 6 months and I don't know what I would do without her. As a firefighter and a wanna be athlete, my body gets wrecked constantly. I couldn't do what I do without the regular massages from Kelly. It blows my mind that everyone doesn't get regularly massaged, like doesn't your body hurt?! Maybe some people have accepted a stiff, achey body, but you don't have to! If you think you can't afford it, I would argue that massage is preventative healthcare, keeping you healthier, more limber, and less likely to suffer from injuries and ailments down the road. I'm always bummed when the massage is over! I swear I could lie there for hours getting worked on. I always feel so much better after a session with her. Couldn't recommend enough.

Following my Instinct during a time of my journey when I was dealing with many variables two years ago, I arranged to receive a reading from her. Without my even mentioning my situation nor life in any way shape or form, she foresaw events that have come true nto full reality. The first of her visions, a warning of a treacherous betrayal in my inner circle of friends dealt to another individual in my social group, occurred less than a month after I had a reading from her. The second occurred in fall of last year- she saw my attaining a degree in business and banking- of which I wasn't even attending school at the time of my reading; however, one event led to another proving her Sight is pure. The third, a lasting beautiful romance she foresaw, has yet to been realized, though that is largely due to my own insistance in straying to form my own path. For those seeking definitive insight into their future or to reconnect with a lost loved one, I recommend them to consult this talented rad psyhic for stellar accurate sight of the future or communication with lost loved ones.

I have dabbled in different therapy over the years - individual, career, money, and couples over…read morethe past 10-12 years give or take. I think in all I've probably seen over 10+ across all these facets. While going through a divorce last year - I was struggling a lot, and talking to 2-3 therapists weekly. There were therapists that mostly listened. There were some that trash talked my ex, which in the short time felt good, but long term wasn't really helping. There were others that recommended good resources - various books, podcasts, etc. I do think I learned something from each one. In the end, I have only kept going with Josie for my therapist. She has truly changed my life - for the better. - She taught me how emotions aren't a bad thing, and they help you gauge how you feel about situations, and how to manage them. - She taught me how to be less harder on myself, and by practicing self love, that would result in me not accepting bad treatment from others in relationships. - She taught me how to forgive. - I learned how to stick up for myself, through baby steps. Through a letter or text. And over time I find myself getting better at it. - She taught me how to resolve anything that was looping in my head. Whether it was the past, or making a hard decision. - She helped me be a better mom - I used to find myself snapping after certain high stress situations, but can't even remember the last time that happened, and enjoy parenting more. - She helped me look at people and situations from different perspectives and angles that have helped me understand people better. She really cares about her clients. She's gone over our time even by as long as 30 minutes, because she really wanted me to get a certain concept down, or to get across something she thought would help me. She could easily charge 3-4x and she knows this, but purposely keeps her prices low so she is financially accessible. People ask me - how do you know if your therapist is a good one? For me - I look at a few things. - Do they make me feel better? - Do I feel my life is changing in a meaningful / good way? With that said, will she be the right fit? She has a free 1 hour consultation - which is very rare for therapists to give. I would say go ahead and give it a try. There is nothing to lose.

Her support is consistent, thoughtful, and tailored to who I am.
