ZERO RATING (can't post review unless I give it one star?) Kingston Foreshore cafes who have outdoor tables have dog patrons. Ordered $35+ of food; then walked in to buy a bottle of water for my dog & asked for a container. Not possible, go next door. no container; staff suggested empty ice cream container; no by supervisor. I asked about polystyrene white containers they put in cream into; another no. I said I'll pay $19.99 for an white container & no ice cream. Paid $27 (!) for water & empty container. I said to the supervisor she needs to learn to think laterally when dealing with customers. The manager then came into the restaurant accusing me of abusing his staff, which I said I hadn't, shouted at us and told us to "piss off". He came outside to shout at us more very loudly and aggressively in front of two other groups loudly 3 times telling us he's not a dog restaurant and we kept saying you've said it enough. He then said to get out and we said we had ordered food. We then only got the food given to us in takeaways. The other two groups, who said they go there often, both went inside to tell the manager they're never going back & then they got abused. 3 sets of customers walking out on a Sunday afternoon and then it was empty. Poor staff were very apologetic. read more
