In the best way possible I truly don't know where to begin. As we all know preparing to move comes with a lot of stress. Packing and physically moving is just ONE of the daunting and dreaded tasks of the process. Using Move Plus was and is still one of the best decisions I could have made. By choosing them to take on the responsibility of moving my belongings, I was able to remain excited about my new apartment and enjoy the process from start to finish. From the moment I initially spoke to Elizabeth on the phone, till the minute the movers left my new apartment I couldn't be more satisfied. Upon booking, Elizabeth was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took the time to listen to my needs and recommended resourceful ways to pack and stay organized. Both her and her teams' communication was always clear and direct. On the day of my move, as expected I was contacted directly by the movers. They reassured me and confirmed their time of arrival as planned with Elizabeth prior. The guys showed up on time and ready to go. It was hard to stand back and not ask if they needed help, but these guys are PROFESSIONAL. They had all the necessary equipment and tools needed to not only move my things safely but to help disassemble my bed and dismount my TV off the wall. Upon arrival to my new apartment the guys had unloaded the truck and brought my belongings in with quickness and ease. Everything I had moved was safe and sound and remained in perfect condition. The foreman Vlad then helped to reassemble my bed. He took into consideration my opinion in the way I wanted the layout of the room, made suggestions where necessary and made sure to properly place the bed in the proper spot when he was complete. There were NO problems with this move, and we are ever grateful to MOVE plus. We needed a quote for our cross-country family move from The East End to the West Coast, in the middle of the pandemic in December 2020. The team gave us a prompt estimate and also great service as we were the only cargo in our truck being transported over 3,000 miles! As the truck was ours exclusively, Move Plus was able to give us a clear date of arrival, which they were able to stick to. Highly highly recommend Move Plus This was my first time using a moving company and it was the easiest move I could ask for. I spoke to several companies and Move Plus had the kindest employees. They did a full packing job with my entire 1 bedroom apartment with just 3 guys and had me fully moved in to my new home at Water Mill within the day. I had a lot of things to move out, and they didn't charge me extra for the third floor walk-up. We've moved many times over the past 40 years we have never had a more responsive more effective more efficient more cooperative and more pleasant group of people to deal with. We had a 7' grand piano and hand-made cherry furniture, plus a significant amount of artwork and collectibles. All arrived safely at our destination, on time. Move plus was great! I managed to get a reservation 2 days prior to our actual moving date, which happened to practically fall into a holiday weekend, 3rd of July. They gave me a reasonable price for our local move in Bridgehampton, especially considering the last min request. Terrific job, professional, great attitude, everything perfect from start to finish. They disassembled my extremely complicated running machine, and put it back together in the new basement.
