Unprofessional engagement by Office employees, including making false statements about the process and threats to not deliver furniture. Driver and movers documented damage by Karr employees yet Karr has not responded to claim despite paying over $600 for "valuation coverage" for zero deductible on damaged items. Despite a few of their packers and the long-distance driver being polite and conscientious, I would not recommend using Karr Relocation.
