Do not waste your money hiring a piano repairman/musician to inspect your home. This was the worst…read morejob that you can imagine A fence that was falling down was described as "appears serviceable". I was not in town when this inspection took place. Once I paid this guy, he no longer talked or answered calls. I had looked at much of the home but I was unable to check the crawl space. After I took possession, I was able to take a look for myself. There were some areas that had no insulation and I could see clear through to the siding on the exterior of the house. This posed a huge freezing hazard as it was directly below the kitchen plumbing. There was a huge patch of dry rot and mold that I could see as soon as I entered the space.
