Imagine you are at your new place, with your loaded U-haul ready to be unloaded and your moving company ghosts you. It's now been over 24 hours and i've filed a police report and called Move Me about 50x (more at this point to be annoying as I realized i've been scammed). Stay away. If things go according to plan the people associated with this company are in some fraud trouble. After some research, i'm not the only one to be burned. They arrived in great time, quickly had everything packed and moved/stored, and when all was returned I saw what an excellent job they had done during the packing process. Any questions I had regarding our stuff once in storage were handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Not the only issue but by far the worst. Neighbours confirmed suspicions later that they had seen workers wrap items and bring them to personal vehicles at the site of the house fire. Eight boxes of our things never arrived. Things were packed, by their crew, with no padding, leading to breakages in the boxes. Some furniture items were loaded into their truck wrapped in paper instead of blankets, leading to scuffs and cracks. An oak bookcase was smashed!!! An extension ladder was bent and broken, how on earth is that possible without malicious action? Completed a military move with this company, who were contracted to pack our belongings. They…read morehired an insufficient number of people to complete the job efficiently. They insisted on two days of pre-packing to complete the job on time, completely disrupting our family in the interim. The manager at the company was rude and disrespectful and tried to force us to pre pack items that we would clearly need to continue living in the house. He brow beat my spouse into allowing them into the house to do some inside pre-packing even though it was already established that they would do the outside only on the first day. When I set the parameters for the second day of prepacking the manager in Sudbury, started yelling at me on the phone, saying this was a move for DND and implying that I was not the customer, so he could do what he wanted. When I doubled down insisting that the packers would only pack what I authorized, he kept trying to get me to say that I was refusing the prepack, so he could tell DND they couldn't finish on time because of me. The following day he did not even give us a courtesy call to let us know when the packers would be showing up. Completely unprofessional management making a stressful moving situation more difficult.
