I made my appointment based on that criteria and was given a Nurse Practitioner. She was a lovely, knowledgeable person but not who I had made my appointment with. Come to find out the doctor was on vacation. That should of been explained when I made the appointment. I felt I got a bait and switch or at the very least, my appointment was not important.

His people kept rescheduling my appointment again and again. At NMCC, Dr.Satar was wonderful!!! I don't think many doctors trouble themselves with scheduling and should not have to but if your front desk is horrible they don't know. And it never gets fixed as in the case of Dr. Boulware office. NMCC front desk and scheduling were excellent. I wish I had gone to them first.
