We requested a full vegan menu with 4 courses and passed appetizers during cocktail hour for 30 people. And wow did they deliver! I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly.
