Both he and his staff have been wonderful from the start (short of wiping my tears away when I had a melt-down in their office after they pointed out all the work I would need to get done as a result of my unintentional self-neglect!).... but I digress! What I appreciated the most was their honesty and willingness to help me finance everything in the best way possible and I am comparing that to a second opinion I got that seemed anything but honest or caring! As I was getting the necessary work done over a period of two and a half months, Dr. Haghighi went out of his way to explain to me along the way what was getting done, any modifications that needed to take place, and more importantly, he listened to and addressed my concerns regarding some issues I had in the past with using oral anesthetics containing epinephrine. Not only did he accommodate my needs but he was checking along the way to see how my body reacted so he can make sure to change the dose, if necessary, at my follow-up treatments.
