Dr Ash is simply the best…read more I have been going to Dr Ash since 2021, back when I was at Chapman University. My first visit was after I chipped my front tooth in an accident. I did a ton of research when this happened to me because I was not only in a ton of pain but was missing half of my entire front tooth, and Harmony Dentistry had by far the best reviews, so I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did. When I made the appointment that night of the chip in complete hysteria, he moved appointments around and opened up the practice at 8 am the next day so I could come in as soon as possible and not miss my important class finals. The day I went in, they placed temporaries on two teeth to fix my smile and make me feel more comfortable, and Dr Ash made sure everything looked perfect and that my permanent teeth were ordered and ready. That experience completely changed the way I view going to the dentist and doctor standards in general. Since then, I have continued seeing him not just for cosmetic work, but for cleanings, cavities, and anything else I have needed. I now live in LA and still make the drive from Beverly Hills to Mission Viejo about twice a year because I genuinely love this place, the people, and Dr Ash. The environment is amazing, and I have never felt more comfortable or trusted a doctor more. He truly is one of a kind. He always follows up after appointments to check in, which is rare. For example, today I went in to get a cavity fixed, they gave me my favorite complimentary microbial mouthwash that is normally pricey and great for your gums, and Dr Ash personally called me after the work day to see how I was doing. Not only that, I have texted Dr Ash many times on multiple occasions with questions and concerns off the clock, and he always responds promptly and is incredibly helpful. On top of that, they have incredible technology for super easy X rays and seamless retainer and Invisalign tray making, and everything is extremely efficient. The office itself is spotless, great layout and has beautiful natural light with great views. I could not recommend Dr Ash or Harmony Dentistry more.

On my last visit, I was so anxious that before we even got started, Dr. Mostofi took the time to sit with me, talk me through my fears, and make me feel genuinely supported. That alone set him apart. During the procedure, the vibration from the drill became too overwhelming, and I stopped him -- not once, not twice, but eight times. Every single time, without a hint of frustration, he stopped, checked in with me, and waited until I was ready to continue at my own pace. His patience and compassion were extraordinary. By the eighth stop, rather than pushing through, he came up with a thoughtful plan: he rescheduled my appointment, prescribed Valium to help me relax the night before and the morning of the procedure, and suggested I swap my regular AirPods for noise-canceling headphones to block out the sounds that were triggering my anxiety. The difference was night and day. When I came back, we got through the entire procedure smoothly and comfortably. I left that chair feeling proud of myself -- and that's entirely because of the care and creativity Dr. Mostofi brought to my situation. The office staff deserves just as much praise. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. Both he and his staff have been wonderful from the start (short of wiping my tears away when I had a melt-down in their office after they pointed out all the work I would need to get done as a result of my unintentional self-neglect!).... but I digress! What I appreciated the most was their honesty and willingness to help me finance everything in the best way possible and I am comparing that to a second opinion I got that seemed anything but honest or caring! As I was getting the necessary work done over a period of two and a half months, Dr. Haghighi went out of his way to explain to me along the way what was getting done, any modifications that needed to take place, and more importantly, he listened to and addressed my concerns regarding some issues I had in the past with using oral anesthetics containing epinephrine. Not only did he accommodate my needs but he was checking along the way to see how my body reacted so he can make sure to change the dose, if necessary, at my follow-up treatments. I believe Dr. Haghighi is not only a great dentist, but he also has excellent bed-side manner, which I consider just as important as someone's skill level!
