My neighbor had this company come in and replace an outside faucet for her. Both devices were soldered in (copper sweating) and I suspect that they didn't remove the internal mechanisms from the faucet before they heated it up with their blow torch to install it thus deforming the rubber washers inside.. They charge me $700 to both install the Faucett and open up a drain spout; seems a bit ridiculous to me. Anyway, they came back reinstalled a new one and wanted to charge me an additional $400 for replacing their faulty work. My dad was a master union plumber for 40 years and he taught me everything he knows. I would never hire these people to do anything short of sweeping my sidewalk..
