Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

Guess what? While sitting on the Bretz lot since last October, our palace on wheels got side swiped by another trailer. What to do? To begin with this palace on wheels is marginal at best. All the guy keep answering was "you'll need to bring it in so we can diagnose the real issue" I told him I already know the issue and I know it's one of the two parts I showed him. And he just gave me the same answer, he didn't offer any help with price or availability of the parts. I knew what to expect of a dealership but I guess I was hoping they would beat the bad reputation, instead they just lived up to it. Probably not all the employees, but the service employee I worked with was pretty useless. Maybe he was just having a bad day but it doesn't mean that's my problem.

Nate walked me through the hauler on day of pick up and fixed any item that needed repair (radio). Found out that the black water hose was missing the male end cap so that was no good, and I had to purchase a new one (Walmart). Buying used is a true as-is experience. You're taking on an older RV (2018) and I'm sure there will be issues that arise. Nate was helpful in sharing his personal RV experiences and add-ons that he recommended which helped a lot! I'm thankful for his advice and excellent service! Bishs does have a 24-7 help line to FaceTime you for self-help repairs. I'll definitely try that out. I went in there knowing what I wanted and was on a time crunch. Randy respected that, and got me what I asked for and it all worked out. I thought the store itself was modern and clean and all the staff were extremely nice and friendly. My experience was really great and I'm excited to use this for upcoming elk hunt season to stay warm and dry. I'll happily update my review if things go south, but fortunately for me, I had a great experience from sales and service. Happy camping, y'all!

Went in to get my car wired for a 4x4 4 prong trailer that they wired. Contacted them about doing…read moremy car wiring as well. They said they would order wiring for my car and would give me a call when they got it in. A couple months went by and I got side tracked with other projects but never received a call about wiring coming in. Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and go in again and schedule a new appointment. Was surprised when they said they could schedule me for Friday at 8:00am and would be done at 12:00. Was excited to get the car done for my trailer project. After leaving about 2 hours later got a text oh we can't do the job anymore we don't have the right equipment. Great why couldn't u say that when I came in or checked before I left and scheduled an appointment. Went to Orileys and got wiring and figured it out for my vehicle took about 1-1/2 to finish wanted the convince and well installed wiring but was shook then they said they can't do a simple wiring job. What else can't they do would not go back again. Trailer wiring was done alright so I won't complain there but I'd find somewhere else to go if you can't do it yourself.
