This time they took the time to actually inspect things and found that fuel had gotten into the charcoal canister, likely causing the EVAP codes. They reset the codes and recommended starting with a new gas cap before moving into deeper diagnostics, which I appreciated instead of jumping straight into expensive repairs. While the first interaction wasn't great, I do appreciate that they made an effort to make it right.

Good repair work with integrity…read more Our car overheated a few miles north of Tremonton and after limping into town, I suspected I needed a new water pump. I had it towed to Import Auto and they confirmed my diagnosis. But they did more than just scan, they dove in and checked the whole system and found oil fouled hoses that might have burst and left me just as stranded. Getting the right hoses took some time, even with express shipping. They spent half a day trying stock and generic hoses from the parts shops and crafting a hose for my car, but in the end it fit, but not perfect and they said they just wouldn't trust it. So we waited for the right parts. In the end, the price was fair and work was done quickly. Most importantly, I feel like they made sure my car wouldn't leave me stranded again! Thanks guys!
