Finally after almost 5 weeks I demanded my computer back regardless of the work he was doing. I got it back and it had been wiped clean. Nothing left He said it was unretrievable. Idk. I had to get the police involved to get my laptop back (which he returned to me by throwing through my car window) and he still held onto my $140 that I prepaid. A tip of advice to the consumer, never come here. However, if you are unfortunate enough to step foot into this business, never prepay and if the work is not done by the time they tell you and they give you excuses as to why, take your business elsewhere immediately. Normally I'd tell you to shop locally but PC Cowboys is a strong exception. My advice? Take the trip to Billings. What you will spend on gas will far outweigh the shameless misconduct you'll encounter here.
