What I noticed and heard from the employees at this bank was politeness and respect even in the face of these abusive customers. They should be commended, and the manager should be on their side, should this terrible behavior ever happen again. The reason the customers were upset? They had to show an I.D. card to complete their transaction. Seriously? It is common knowledge in this day and age of identity theft and scams to show your identification at a bank--grow up and give these poor, hard-workers some kindness and courtesy, please! Taryn, Ava and Michael were the Wells Fargo employees--we need more people like them in this world! Hang in there--those of us who were there, or heard about it later, noticed your professional and kind demeanor.

I requested information on a secure credit card with Wells Fargo, Sandpoint, ID branch, to increase…read moremy personal credit rating. I have a business checking account with Wells Fargo and the representative told me that if I open a secure credit card under the business name my personal credit would benefit too. I thought, "great, let's do it". Soon after I received the credit card, and of course paid their yearly fee for the card, I received a Wells Fargo pamphlet stating that a secure credit card registered or affiliated with a business does NOT assist your personal credit rating, only the credit you establish with Wells Fargo for your business, which by the way has never began, not yet at least, but I decided it makes no sense to close the business account just to open a personal account. Thus, I went in to the branch, spoke with a different banker, to ask why I was given false information but, of course she could not find an answer and said she would call me by the end of the day with an answer and solve the problem. It's been two weeks now and I have not heard from them. Next call is to their customer service over the phone and, in addition, I will indeed cancel both accounts with Wells Fargo. Seems Wells Fargo cares nothing about you and I and only the fees, incentives and commission for starting a new account. I WILL, FROM NOW ON, USE A CREDIT UNION AFTER I CLOSE MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNTS, I SUGGEST YOU DO TOO!

I have been in here on a consistent basis and every time I come in I have to wait extended periods of time to get served because all the tellers and bankers are busy. Luckily, I've managed to mitigate my time in the branch using online services however, due to the deposit limits and other banking needs, I have been forced to come in. I dread it every time I have to come into the branch because it is a major time suck. It's ironic with the old saying "time is money" and a bank takes forever to wait on you....
