This branch is great and has been super helpful. Everything that Mountain West offers outside of the in branch experience is the worst I've ever experienced. Their online banking is atrocious, literally a throw back to 20 years ago. Their app is also terrible. I just had a mobile deposit get declined, yet no explanation for why. I tried calling to determine what the issue was..... Got an our of country call center. I've never had a deposit declined by Wells Fargo, Capital One, or my Credit Union. The only reason I bank here is because my uncle did and I set up his estate account here. I can hardly wait to close that account and wash by hands of MW. read more

Great Bank... I have been with them 5 years. A Local Bank on the Corner near where we live and they have always responded positively and rapidly to problems. Sadly, as in most banks today they have a high turnover thus the faces change faster than the leaves. read more

Constantly charging my acct with overdrafts and transfer fees. The mobile app wont show me my entire list of bank statements. It begins 2 weeks after i was payed. So i cant review half of my transactions when i want too. Ive also been hacked and locked out out of my acct multiple times. Although staff is always friendly and helpful. The stress is the source of complaint. I want to have more control of my money, felt like my access was restricted. Need some updates for the app! read more

Incredible bank with the highest levels of customer service. Moved over 8 years ago from B of A (which was beyond terrible) and couldn't be happier. I have a mortgage with them and used to have an RV loan. I have personal and business accounts and my kids have accounts there as well. I would never bank anywhere else in the area! read more

Horrible customer service! I have been in the drive through to cash a $90 check for 25 minutes! All 3 lanes open with ONE person helping customers. This is not the first time. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I would never have an account here. read more

I have been banking at the Hayden Branch for 15 years now and once in a blue moon the drive up gets backed up, I always used drive up and have at several of the other branches too and they have been fine. Give em a brake, ! read more
