No, she directed us to the workshop to pick out whatever tools we needed to do it ourselves. No problem, we cleaned it up. The pool area had sharp aluminum strips holding the indoor/outdoor carpet in place. It was sort of dark and dated for a pool. In fact, the entire structure looked tired and dated. The kicker, however was when my husband went over to practice playing pool, the manager came in and rudely demanded to know his name and which camp site he was occupying. She acted like he was an interloper and didn't belong there. The dog park reminded me of a dusty prison yard with chain link and bare ground. We won't be back.

The sites are all nicely level and covered in gravel, which is all neatly kept and clean. There's plenty of space between rigs, even with your slides out, and everyone is just lovely! All of the hook ups are conveniently located and in good shape, so hooking up only took a few moments and we were set to go exploring. The staff are all very helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of campers. We also enjoyed the other folks in the park. Some stay long term and other were passing through, just like us. The park is clean, very well kept and so convenient to loads of wonderful day trips like Karchner Caverns, Tombstone, Fort Bowie, White Water Draw where the Sandhill Cranes stop, and LOADS of mountain hiking trails. This is a really nice, clean (but older) 55-year-and-over RV park. It appears that many of the…read moretenants are long-term but they do accept overnighters, like us! The facility is large (300 spaces or so) and has swimming pool, pickle ball courts, billiards, fitness center and more. Only negatives... 1) They don't accept credit cards 2) No pull thrus unless you purchase 2 spaces 3) Not many shade trees for a very hot location 4) The hookups are at the back corner of your space. We are in a small, Class C and are pulling a motorcycle trailer. Our long electrical and water lines could just barely, barely reach. 5) Our Space 285 was nearest to busy Duval Mine Road and it was a little noisy. 6) Wifi Internet is only available at 2 building locations (not available at your RV space). BUT, despite the "complaint" list, we would definitely return. For us, none of these issues were deal breakers. It is a safe environment in a very clean, peaceful park staffed by helpful, friendly people.
