On the positive note he boought most of the material These guys used all the materials on hand that my father had bought and made a beautiful deck. Fir construction is also very fair and reasonably priced. Several other contractors tried to wheel and deal with me and would say an estimate of two prices and never give me a straight bid. Fir construction provided realistic pricing without any hangups or adjustments to the contract. When the workers were on the clock they work to non-stop and we're also very respectful of my space and even cleaned up the space better than they found it. Also they fixed my front porch steps with very little increase in pricing. These guys work tirelessly when they were on the clock. 100% recommend for anything from a bathroom remodel, to deck construction, or heavy /new construction.
