The front desk also answered my question promptly. Space rent is low compared to what Ive paid over 3 years. I will Visit the park soon visit the office, other parks report to very strict property management and rent is raised 3xs a year forcing residents to sell. Count your blessings. ​

At one time when I started working for Casa Del Rey there were 15 empty lots. All the lots have been filled with beautiful homes. The owners son works tirelessly with me the employees in the Park and the contractors to continually improve this Park. He also has his own business taking care of the elderly. If you think anyone working at Casa Del Rey does not care you are certainly wrong. I drive this Park almost every day. It's a beautiful Park with awesome views of the mountains. It's quiet and friendly. Instead of complaining why don't you spend your time wisely and start volunteering to make this community they way you would like to see it. I do a lot of things myself like picking up the dog poop, trash, cigarette butts on my homes as well as weeding . I don't think the complainers realize how nice it its to have your owner fixing up the homes instead of selling them in the condition they receive them in. Park rent is lower then most Parks in Hemet. We have worked to bring up the prices in Casa Del Rey also so if you decided to sell, your home would be worth more and if the buyer needed to finance he would be able to get good appraisals within the Park. If you are unhappy living in Casa Del Rey maybe you should check out what's available elsewhere.

With that being said, I moved here 1 year ago. It's a pretty nice community with some awesome people. I moved from E WA, so I've been adjusting to that too! MGNT does have their hands full since they took over here from my understanding. There's a lake you can catch and release here with fountains and a bike trail going around it. They keep the grounds nice here and I've noticed alot of properties getting cleaned up or painted etc here which is awesome. I moved here cuz of the Mtn and I could have my 120 lb Golden retriever. There's all kinds of activities and a small pool . It is a 55+ also. Or Age qualified. I pray my future here is Peaceful and Respected . One thing I don't totally agree on is this new law stating, you can have a person/family member over 18 live in a 55+ community. I did not know anything about this when I purchased. Neither did my realtor. Went in effect 1/1/25 ! So there are young people here too. Just incase you were unaware of that law. PEACE

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially April and the General Manager Debbie, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They were welcoming, and informative. The amenities are fantastic! Everything is top-notch. Whether you're looking to relax or recreation, there's' something for everyone. It's totally worth a visit. They should be inspected for mold in the walls. It would be a shame if there was black mold(serious health hazard). Over the years it is obvious that those hired to work on these units were not capable of doing proper repairs(up to code). The managers they hire are incompetent to do just basic tasks and are rarely available. It is obvious they don't know what they are doing and waste a lot of time. This is one place to AVOID.

I contacted Rosa Gutierrez who is the manager at the park for help. I cannot begin to describe the pain of losing my younger brother and having to try and navigate my way through trying to sell his home without any paperwork. Rosa was the answer to my prayers, she helped my through the entire process and always with a smile on her face. Rosa told me she liked helping people and you know what, I'm living proof of that!
