I had a crown and later veneers on my two front teeth at this practice and had a very bad…read moreexperience. When the permanent veneers arrived, they looked awful. They did not match my tooth color at all and were flat and not opaque like real teeth -- later described by another dentist as looking like "sheetrock"-- and were very very uncomfortable with a big ridge in the back. The dental technician said the ridge was to be expected as veneers don't cover the entire tooth. I was reassured by the dentist that everything would be to my satisfaction and why didn't I "test drive" the veneers for a few weeks (until a previously scheduled teeth cleaning) then adjustments or replacements could be made if needed. So, the veneers were applied with a temporary adhesive. The dentists last words to me were, "if you have any problems at all, call me!" A few hours later, one of the veneers fell out and I nearly swallowed it. I wasn't eating or touching the tooth; it just came off. I called the office and got a recording -- no emergency number. I sent a email with no response. Shortly after, the second veneer came off and I called again and sent a second email with no response. I was very upset. Your teeth are filed down to accept the veneers and I was afraid to look in the mirror. I expected a call back that evening and never got one. Nor did they call me the next morning; I had to call them. I was told the dentist was out of town, finally, and there was no one there that could reapply the veneers! Then they offered to have the same technician that put them on come in and reapply them but based on both of them falling out, I insisted on a dentist. Several confusing, chaotic phone calls later and more, "there is no one here that can help you," they arranged for me to go to the Woodruff Road Crowns Now and a dentist would re-cement the veneers and I did go there and they were re applied. I sent an email to the dentist -- Dr. Bott -- and described my experience and dismay that they had no emergency assistance. I could not go to work or go out with my teeth filed down and I was terrified I'd made a horrible mistake because of the discomfort and appearance of the veneers. The ridge in the back was so bad, food was caught in it. I expected a phone call and an apology. Instead, I received a letter saying they would no longer work on my teeth and that I was no longer a patient there and there was a refund check for the amount I paid out of pocket for the veneers. This also served as a withdrawal of their guarantee on the crown they had done earlier, since they had dropped me as a patient. There was no apology. I asked them to refund the portion paid by my dental insurance back to the insurance company, and they refused. I asked for my dental records, and they have refused to provide them. They emailed me one X-ray. A few months later, one of the "permanent" veneers came off AGAIN, on a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday to have it re-applied by another dentist. So, I am left with a traumatic experience -- and it has created a lot of dental anxiety for me -- and the need to replace the veneers with no participation from my dental insurance since they have paid for it once already. I absolutely would not recommend this practice for any kind of cosmetic dentistry. They absolutely do not stand behind the work they do or their guarantee of customer satisfaction.

I was told someone would call me on Monday to check on me. That call never came. The office manager is always rude and unprofessional with no care whatsoever. I called to inform that the crown had falling out making it very difficult to eat or drink. They scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later. Got to my appointment, was 15mins late due to me having to leave work and drive 36 minutes to this office to get this crown placed back on that shouldn't have fallen out the next day in the first place. These unprofessional people told me they would have to reschedule me for next week. So I'm already in pain due to this crown falling out, and having an open hole in my mouth, but they still didn't care! I feel as some things should be handled with urgency and CARE and this being one that should've. NOT TO MENTION I'VE PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO THESE PEOPLE OUT OF POCKET FOR VERY OVERPRICED SERVICES. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
