We have a few issues, and Flor came in and started fixing these issues immediately. Starting with putting in new blinds and fixing a drawer that I thought would need to be replaced but it took her just a few minutes to make it as good as new. I am confident that moving forward, we as tenants will have any and all issues resolved correctly and in a timely manner. It is no longer stressful to have to contact management with an issue because Flor is so kind and approachable. She listens, looks for solutions, and can fix things herself.

This was how my patio had been since just after Steadfast bought the property I now live at. I have been at this property since November, 1993 - most of that in my current unit. About 2 weeks ago, I received a note taped to my door informing me that my wind chimes and bamboo shades had to come down "per my lease." I called my manager and told her that when Steadfast bought this property, there was NO SUCH THING in my lease - Steadfast is backpedaling on the truth. My manager went on to say that if a criminal were to hide in my patio at night, law enforcement wouldn't be able to find the criminal because of my bamboo shades. Pretty low stock Steadfast has in those sworn to protect and serve. I told my manager that Steadfast is full of it. Today, not only do I get a 2nd notice on my door about this, my manager also emailed me about it. So, I let her know to not worry her pretty little head, I have things well under control here, I know how to run my household, and if I need anyone's help - let alone Steadfast's - I will let her know. I also let her know that Steadfast is starting to become an HOA. I've talked with their regional office in Irvine, CA before on various things. They should know better by now than to mess with me. The office ladies were very nice and helpful. I always paid my rent on time and never caused any problems in the complex so I did my part. Anytime I had an issue with something that needed to be fixed, they would always come right away to fix the problem. The only reason why I moved was because of the commute and because a I needed a washer and dryer in the unit.

The 4 Brothers were very funny and had a variety of songs they did. They did a great job involving the audience with many of their songs, and comedy that they did. The show lasted an hour and one half and was very funny and with musical entertaining the entire time. They gave the audience the time to think back on some of the songs they were singing, and even allowed the audience time to sing it again with them. Very unusual and very different musical act. But it was very entertaining and Funny !

They treat me with kindness and respect and will always lend a helping hand when in need and will go out of their way. The apartment complex is always kept clean and beautiful! I never have any complaints about them and is happy with how they treat their tenants! They also have a on-site laundry room, which is always kept clean and is open any hours for your convenience. Also During the summer time the pool is open for family & friends.

When we go for walks it's all in the air. The first month we found roaches in the apt like huge ones & they say they spray every week but I've never not 1 time seen anyone. Ppl can't even put their trash in the containers, they leave bags just sitting next it. Now maybe they do that to make it easier for the several of homeless ppl that look through the trash 3x a week. The pool is constantly dirty even when they come to clean it we can still feel the bottom is disgusting. There's no skimmer so we couldn't even clean the bugs out ourselves so we had to leave there was just too many. Don't laundry room is the biggest joke here. There's 5 washers and 5 dryers for the entire complex. 1 of the dryers hasn't even worked since I've here. The other dryers are constantly breaking. I've lost so much money in there not realizing they were broken. Ppl get up at 5-6am to do their laundry before everyone else. Get fkn new machines. Owner is cheap they don't address anything that he has to spend money on. I'm not really sure if I can even blame management since they can only do what the owner allows. The cops are here all the time & not once did I see any management out to make sure everything was okay. Cameras don't work of course the only one that does is by the office. There's so many other things I can list but hopefully this is enough. I've also noticed in these reviews the owner ONLY responds to positive reviews so I don't assume they will comment on mine.
