I've had the opportunity to work with a number of Real Estate agents over the years. Susan is head…read moreand shoulders above the rest. Her knowledge of the local market helped guide us in the direction of properly and effectively listing, preparing and showing our house. After sorting through 31 offers above the asking price, Susan helped us choose the right buyer for our situation. Susan's experience positioned her to provide meaningful insight and suggestions during the process. She is direct in her assessments of situations while maintaining flexibility when considering our opinions and expectations. While working with Susan, she was always available by phone, text, email and in person to brainstorm ideas and answer questions. Communications were timely and effective. Susan's partner John is the analyst and techie on the team. He was very effective in explaining market data and helping us understand how our property was positioned in the market. He developed a nice, effective listing tool (the Tree) that helps keep all the relevant information connected and in one place for easy access. John is also the, get everything else done guy. Any loose end that needed to be tied up, John was on it immediately. Once we sold our house, we immediately enlisted Susan to help us buy our new house. We were looking to buy outside of Susan's typical territory. This was not a deterrent for her. She made several trips with us during the week and on weekends to view properties. Applying the skills and capabilities described above, she helped us close on our new house. If you are looking for a Real Estate agent who is both professional and personable, that can get you the best result, and who can and will guide you through the process start to finish, you should choose Susan.

Donna Geba is a consummate professional. I cannot imagine a more knowledgeable or effective real…read moreestate person regardless of whether you are buying or selling a property. She sold my cabin in Sullivan County for over asking price. She did everything she promised when we met, and more. She personally oversaw every aspect of the listing, from the incredible still and drone photography that accompanied the ad, to showing the place to its best advantage along with providing local knowledge and history to prospective buyers. Donna kept me updated throughout the process. If I emailed or texted her, I had a response within minutes. Once the cabin was sold, she even offered to personally come by and help me move out anything I would have trouble getting out by myself. Over the course of owning the cabin I have gotten to know a number of local tradesmen - plumber, electrician, landscaper, etc. Every one of them knew her, and each one remarked on how sharp she is. They had nothing but respect for her and went out of their way to tell me I couldn't have chosen a better person to work with. This combination of local knowledge, stellar reputation, great sense of people and properties and just being a wonderful person to work with make her absolutely unbeatable. I simply cannot recommend Donna highly enough.
