We walked in and were coldly greeted without them looking up from their projects and they never once said anything to us beyond that. An older couple walked in a few minutes later and they were warmly greeted. My young daughter noticed the difference in how we were greeted vs the older couple immediately. To the young ladies working there today June 26- just a bit of longtime Idahoan advice my retail boss gave me when I was in college: don't ever judge whoever walks into the store. Even the most casual of shoppers with the non designer bag could be a millionaire in this state. Unimpressed with the staff, we went to an adorable boutique just down the street behind the ice center and spent several hundred dollars on clothing and jewelry. We parked in front of the store and one of us stayed to shop, and myself mom & daughter was going next door to talk to the Chamber of Commerce to get information about the fireworks show. This man aggressively came running after me yelling at me to move my car or he would have me towed. It caught me off guard & I tried to explain that we have someone in his store shopping. It took me 3 times for him to finally hear me and still no apology. Being a business owner myself I was taken back and very surprised with his rudeness. I asked him why he was being so aggressive with me and he tried to turn it back onto me and I felt that it was his responsibility to fix it since he had ran up on me ready for a fight, instead of doing his homework. If he would have walked into his store and asked the one person in there shopping if she was driving the silver Lincoln the problem would of been solved very quickly. But he chose to have confrontation and scream at us in the middle of town. All that I could hear is "move your car or I will have it towed and I'm going to call the cops." So I walked back in the store still shocked and wanting to find out if he was the actual owner because I was still in complete shock that someone would act so harshly in front of my 7 year old daughter and 60 year old mother. After finding out that he was indeed the owner, I walked back over to express my frustration with my experience. Well that was my second mistake, the first was stopping there at all. He could have easily defused the situation but chose to approach me standing 2 inches from my face screaming while using profanities. His ten year old son was taping us with his phone and the four other people were yelling also. It was a complete circus and out of control. I could tell it wasn't the first time something like that has happened to him. Of course looking back I should have left immediately and next time I will. Totally recommend going to McCall, Idaho for vacation just stay clear of G.I. Janie's!!!

Took the bike to another shop on the main drag that started out selling recycled sporting goods; mechanics said almost no sealant had been used, so no wonder they leaked.
