A facial above and beyond "treat yourself", you will feel changed!!…read more As an early Mother's Day gift I enjoyed a wonderful Signature Chemical Peel and facial from Marybeth at Elements last month. The experience and results were amazing. My formerly dull, problem skin is now glowing and looks at least 10 years younger! In the past I've wasted so much time and money on dermatologists, they just write an Rx and tell you to cleanse with cetaphil. This treatment has been a game changer for me. Three weeks on I'm still enjoying the results. The spa is a very tranquil, soothing environment, so easy to relax there! Marybeth was very knowledgeable about the Image Skincare products and very attentive to my needs throughout the facial. It was extremely effective without being painful at all. I loved the products in my post facial kit so much I returned to buy them full size. I highly, highly recommend Marybeth at Elements for facials and can't wait to schedule my next service!

It's a great little space, very welcoming and comfortable. If you are looking for a good Esthetician in the Cumberland area Tiffany is your girl. My facialist (Tiffany) was a sweetheart. She's very knowledgeable and gives you the full spa treatment. She also does a great scalp massage! Elements offers a wide range of effective high-quality skincare products. They use a line of Yonka skincare products that are plant based from France. Since I like to use a holistic regimen, I was thrilled. It was great I will definitely be going back! They offer a monthly membership at a discounted price. Fab idea! Hope to bring my husband in for a facial. Maybe we'll do a couples spa day and also get in a massage.

He is helpful with his advice and is willing to tailor a specific procedure or combo-procedure to fit you. The office is pristine and has the latest technology offered (and really, how often do we get THAT in Cumberland?!) and the surgicenter is a great place to recover at your own pace and in private. All in all, I'd say this place is a 6/5!!

I cannot say enough good things about Allegany Plastic Surgery!!…read more I underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, and a breast (mastopexy) in September of 2022. I wanted to remove some extra skin and stubborn fat I had post-pregnancy, as well as to redefine my shape. Dr. Carpenter and the nurses were exceptional - they answered all of my many questions before surgery and continued to make themselves accessible post-surgery to aid in my recovery. I am thrilled with my surgery results, and highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and his team for anyone seeking similar procedures!! In addition to the surgeries I described above, I had the pleasure of working with Tori (Skin by Tori) to improve my skin. I wanted to work on lightening or removing some melasmas that popped up on my face while I was pregnant with my son a couple of years ago. I also had some pretty dark sun spots from subjecting my face to the sun without protection (a lesson I didn't learn until later in life). My goal was to get my skin healthy enough that I feel 100% confident without makeup. Tori went to work right away in putting together a skincare routine for me comprised of ZO products. In addition to using these incredible products, Tori recommended a chemical peel to address the spots on my face, as well as my neck and decolletage. As soon as we did the chemical peel, I immediately noticed changes in my skin. Everything was instantly tighter and my skin was almost glowing. About a week after my peel, I was shocked with the continued improvement and final results. All my dark spots had either disappeared, or were significantly lighter. My pores were smaller and the texture of my skin was amazing. I did not expect such significant results! Tori was wonderful throughout the process-she checked in on me and offered advice throughout the process, and her passion for skincare is contagious!

I'm a little shocked and I guess it all depends and I'm not judging how we all were brought up to me. I didn't see anything wrong with that part of time people go sketchy and everything. I thought it was fine. I didn't feel unsafe there. I thought it was just an older part of town and I thought it was super close to downtown, which is great. I would recommend staying there. The only issue I had was and, this is me. I can't sleep with a fan going loudly I have PTSD and it kinda keeps me hyper anxious. My wife on the other hand love sleeping with the fan so she would think it was great and I'm sure some people would. that's you know for some people. I came back to see her because of my previous experience and one of the best massages I've ever received. I've had hundreds of massages during my lifetime. She has truly amazing training and skills and knows how to relieve pain that others haven't learned how to do. I've now had three massages with her and all three totally removed or significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing in my body. Jill is very nice and personable and had spent much of her life as a professional massage therapist. I can't say enough about her except that I will be traveling once a month or so to see her even though I live two and a half hours away. Yes, she is that good! I saw her a couple of days ago and was in agony when I got there for my massage, but I left without any significant pain and that is what it's all about. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she really takes her time and works out the knots and problem areas. I can't say enough about her massage abilities and techniques, but I highly recommend checking out her place. She doesn't have a web presence yet, but that should change hopefully soon. Highly recommend a visit to see her! I will be back in a month or so, when feasible.
