I did not…read morefind them professional as they represent themselves on our evaluation meeting. they start managing our property September 2024 and by the end of April we canceled the contract. in May we came to check the property and enjoy some time in Sun Valley. upon our arrival we found a trash bin full of trash , multiple lights were burned , bathroom heater on , unlocked one of the doors to the deck , smoke alarm missing in one of the bedrooms, large bathroom towels were missing, some lights left on. The last guest was in Mid February, so the bath heater and lights were running 24h for about 3 months , and nobody from the MVP noticed anything as per they contract , they check properties every week. we were charged $275 for the fall maintenance, although they did not have any guest booking yet , and when we came multiple lights were burned and our electricity bill for three months was higher for $100 a month. We contacted them as soon we arrived and try to book the appointment to discuss about this. We managed to get an appointment after few days , and the owner Rachel took the notes. I had to contact her after 5 days to follow up. I got the email the next day , and to my surprise, she found after talking to her husband and stuff the only thing they will do is about the towels. so we were charged for the maintenance and found all the stuff above non acceptable, that we have to pay extra $300 for the electricity bill , to buy new smoke alarm and install, buy the lights bulbs and change them , buy the new shampoo/ conditioners that they misplaced . we got the answer from her that we as a owner need to take care of the house ??? I thought we hired the management company!! we are so disappointed that we find that MVP was totally negligent and unprofessional regarding to resolve the issues created by their team. even the payment from only one booking that they managed, came less than what we were notified by mail that we will receive. but they came with some expense excuse, and also when I requested the list of the things that were done during the fall maintenance ( they charge $275) , was not provided, they just ignored the request. this is a just my experience as a owner who hired MVP to manage our home for rental.

My fiancee and I rented it for my family to stay in while they were in town for our wedding in September. I stopped by the house to check it out a few hours before my family was scheduled to arrive. The place looked fantastic at first. It is well located with nice views, plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. I happened to notice that the coffee pot had not been cleaned with half a pot of old coffee and dried grounds. I didn't think too much of it at first. Maybe the cleaning people had simply overlooked it during cleaning. Then I noticed dirty dishes in the dishwasher and half a bag trash in the trash can along with an opened bottle of wine on the counter. Upon further inspection, and much to my dismay, ALL of the three toilets in the house were dirty with URINE STAINS along the rim of the bowl and EXCREMENT STAINS in the bowl of the powder room toilet. There were also tiny bars of soap and travel bottles of shampoo left in both showers. There was soap scum and old bars of soap in all of the bathroom sinks. Clearly the place had not been cleaned. I called the owner and his representative and left messages regarding the lack of cleaning. I ended up scrubbing all the toilets and sinks myself since my family was due to arrive shortly. After our wedding I followed up with the owner to request that the $125.00 cleaning fee be refunded since no cleaning was done prior to our arrival. His response was that we got a good enough deal on the house at his normal rate of $200.00 per night and that he would not refund any of the cleaning fee since he has to clean it after my family's stay. My family left the house with only normal cleaning to do. It is not like we had a massive party and trashed the place. In addition, we had to abandon our family BBQ because the lawn sprinklers came on at 5pm sending everyone off of the patio. We also had to refill the propane tank in the outdoor gas grill. Nice house but I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone stay there. Haily has plenty of wonderful vacation rentals that come clean and well equipped.

I called the manager and they said they had no idea anyone was scheduled to come. This is a HUGE security concern for renters. Unknown people can just show up pretending to be staff and this is how robberies happen. Not to mention we did not appreciate having to curtail our breakfast because pesticide was being sprayed all over the patio. The house had scalding hot water that we had to figure out how to turn down to prevent injuries. Flickering lights. Rock hard old mattresses with old pillows and a broken clothes dryer. For $2500/night I expected a very different experience for my 40th birthday. I have rented many homes throughout the years and I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience and would NEVER book any property under this company again.

These people are obviously very unhappy and treat their guests with disdain - we heard the same from others while we were there. The fact is that 100% of your business is the general public bringing money to the area. I will return to the area, but definitely not dine or drink at the Beaver Lodge. Beautiful area, but not the most pleasant experience with the one and only service oriented business in the town. I suggest anyone going there to bring your own food and drink. Don't even stop at there. Clearly not the best career choice for these people.

It had everything we needed and more. Central heating and air conditioning was a plus, as was the washer and dryer. The cabin/house is about 15 mins away from Kings beach and 30 min from Sand harbor which was perfect! My family would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
